A low pressure system over Anticosti island will move to lie over the
northwest Labrador Sea early Friday. A warm front will extend
northeastward from the low throughout the period. Gale force
northeasterlies ahead of the warm front will give way to strong to
gale force south to southwesterlies in its wake. Storm force
northwesterly winds will develop behind the low late Friday over the
northern portions of the north Labrador coast.

Marine interests are advised that a Storm Warning is in effect for
the north Labrador coast - north of saglek. Gale warnings are in
effect for all remaining waters except for lake Melville and the
south Labrador coast.
