Synopsis For Baffin Bay To Rio Grande Out 60 Nm-

Synopsis... The high pressure over the southeastern United States has built westward during the last 24 hours and has led to a stronger east-southeasterly flow than yesterday. This flow has increased the low level moisture. The interaction of the east-southeast flow over the northern Gulf with the southeasterly flow over the western Gulf near the Mexican coast is producing a line of showers extending from NE tamaulipas southeastward into the Gulf of Mexico. As the day progresses it is possible that some of the showers could reach our marine zone from the southeast.
