Synopsis... A cold front is expected to move east across the north Gulf waters Wednesday as a low pressure system moves across the south. Weak high pressure will build into the north Gulf waters Thursday with offshore flow expected through Wednesday night. Newly formed Tropical Depression Thirteen...in the Lower Bay of Campeche...will have little bearing on the north Gulf of Mexico coastal waters.
