.Synopsis for the north Gulf coast+kodiak island waters+
Cook Inlet...a 1000 mb low 110 nm southeast of Homer will strengthen
to 995 mb and move to 100 nm east of Seward by Tuesday morning. It
then moves over the Prince William Sound and gradually weakens to
1007 mb by Wednesday morning.
